ITINERARIES

Demand for Safaris is very high and can lead to a shortage of lodge/hotel accommodation at times during some
seasons. All bookings will be confirmed by us in writing as we confirm beforehand from our suppliers. On occasion,
changes may be necessary. Hotels/lodges/camps where specific names are given as an indication of the category and
rooms may be reserved at similar hotels/lodges/camps. We undertake to advise you of any changes known to us before
departure, but the possibility of change without notice must be accepted when booking. This rarely happens. Single
rooms are available at a supplementary cost. Safari four-wheel drive vehicles or coaches will be provided according to
the route and number of participants and as confirmed to you in your booking confirmation. The right is reserved to
employ the services of sub-contractors if necessary. English-speaking chauffeurs/guides are provided. Occasional
mechanical problems, changes of lodge or adverse road conditions may in turn end in a changed routing or game
viewing without prior notice being given. Therefore, we reserve the right to offer substitutes of equal value or cancel
any tour operation. In practice, very few itineraries are affected but a little flexibility, on your part, will ensure that your
tour is unique and rewarding.

Upon your arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be welcomed by our driver-guide who will transfer
you to the booked accommodation of your choice in Nairobi. After relaxing and having your scrumptious lunch we will
transfer you to Giraffe Centre. Spend about an hour watching and interacting with the Giraffe. Here you may touch,
feed, and even kiss these gentle animals. Visitors are free to watch closely and take photos. At 5.00 pm you will be
transferred to the Nairobi Carnivore Restaurant for dinner. Carnivore's specialty is meat and features an all-you-can-eat
meat buffet.

After your sumptuous breakfast, commence your trip with an 8 – 8.30 am departure for a scenic drive down into the
Rift Valley, to Masai Mara, Kenya's premier game reserve. You will be in your own private safari vehicle. Stop briefly
enroute at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for stunning views of what is the world's largest valley. You will arrive in time
for lunch at your reserved lodge or camp. In the afternoon you will enjoy a game drive that allows spotting of the
unrivaled wildlife in the park. Dinner and overnight at reserved camp or lodge.

On this day you will have a morning game drive where you will drive across the plains in search of the big five and other
wild animals before returning to the lodge for breakfast. The remainder part of the morning is spent enjoying the lodge
or camp facilities. After lunch as from 1600hrs proceed for an afternoon game drive before returning to the lodge for
dinner.
To Note:
• There is an optional cultural visit to the Masai tribe community within the park, this visit grants you a chance to learn
about the Masai culture, customs, ways of living, and their exercising cultural dance.
• Game viewing in Masai Mara Kenya can be enhanced with a Hot Air Balloon experience, this can be arranged at an
extra cost.

Enjoy a final early morning game drive, after which you will be transferred to the airstrip for your flight directly to
Mombasa. The flight departs exactly at 1400hrs and it is approximately 2 hours. Upon arrival in Mombasa, you will be
met by one of our drivers, who will transfer you to your hotel.

We spend the following days enjoying the daylight and the warm Indian Sea at a shoreline resort in Mombasa.
Mombasa is the second greatest city in Kenya and brags the biggest harbor on the East African coastline. The half-day
City tour will immerse you in this culturally rich city's international history and flavors. With its Arabic, Portuguese and
Swahili cultures, Mombasa offers busy markets, ethnic neighborhoods, and a distinctive heritage to explore not
forgetting to take in the ancient structure of Fort Jesus with its incredible history. After the city tour, you will return to
the beach Hotel for evening relaxation at the beach.

Relax on the sandy beaches and take a plunge into the ocean, taking it simple after our action-packed game viewing in
Kenya’s finest Wildlife Reserves. You’ll moreover appreciate optional (additional fetched) activities and water sports in
and around Mombasa.
Optional Activities: Cruise on a dhow, swim with Dolphins, kite surf, sailing, diving, water-skiing, snorkel, and windsurf.
These Optional Activities can also be arranged at an extra cost.

After breakfast, you’ll check out of your hotel and you’ll be driven to the Mombasa Airport, for your flight to Jomo
Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi, where you'll check in for your international flight home.

Package Terms & Conditions
DEPOSIT
Upon written confirmation from Norine Forbes Safaris Ltd, please note that you are required to pay a deposit as
outlined in writing at the time of confirmation. You will also receive our company invoice which will state the amount to
be paid. A deposit payment can range from 20 – 30% depending on the time frame of booking to the start of the safari.
Depending on the amount, we may request a second installment. Rest payment must always be 4 – 8 weeks before the
commencement of the safari and have reached our account in full. In some cases (last-minute bookings). Norine Forbes
Safaris Ltd. reserves the right to request full payment up-front. (Before the start of the safari).
PAYMENT
1) BANK TRANSFERS: In a case, where payment is made by a bank transfer, ALL bank charges are to be paid by the
client.
2) CREDIT CARD: Please note, in the case of payments by credit card, a surcharge can be added to cover the processing
of payment. (We shall communicate the same to you in writing)
CANCELLATION POLICY
The following cancellation charges will be payable. Should you need to cancel you must notify the supplier (Norine
Forbes Safaris Ltd) immediately in writing. In this eventuality your deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation fee from 90 days and over - Deposit forfeit
Cancellation fee from 90 – 60 days - 50%
Cancellation fee from 59 – 31 days - 75%
Cancellation fee from 30 – 00 days - 100%
